1. Who we are
This website is operated by Dextrus, Company ID (CNPJ) 49.960.085/0001-49, based in Tubarão, Brazil. For anything related to personal data, write to contato@dextrus.com.br.
2. What data is processed
The site has no sign-up form and no login area. The data that may be processed is:
- What you send us when you get in touch over WhatsApp or e-mail (name, phone number, e-mail, company, photos, videos and the description of your problem). We use it only to reply, prepare proposals and deliver the contracted service.
- Browsing data collected by measurement tools (pages viewed, clicks, device type, traffic source), only after you accept cookies in the banner.
- Technical logs kept by the hosting provider (IP address, date and time, browser), retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
3. Cookies and measurement tools
No measurement or advertising tool is switched on before you make a choice in the cookie banner. If you accept, we may use the following tools, each with its own policy:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google), to understand how the site is used.
- Google Ads (Google), to measure advertising results.
- Meta Pixel (Meta), to measure ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn) and TikTok Pixel (TikTok), for the same purpose.
These tools may set cookies and transfer data to servers outside Brazil. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or by clearing the site data in your browser.
Two items are stored in your browser even without consent, because the site needs them to work: your own cookie choice and, when you arrive from an ad, the campaign parameters in the URL (utm, gclid, fbclid), kept only for the session. When you click a WhatsApp button, those parameters become a short marker at the end of the message, in the form [ref: source-medium-campaign], so we know which campaign led to the contact. The marker does not identify you.
4. WhatsApp and e-mail
Clicking a WhatsApp button takes you to the WhatsApp app or website (Meta), which has its own privacy policy. The same applies to your e-mail service. Conversations remain on those platforms and in our business records for as long as needed for service and legal obligations.
5. Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, on servers outside Brazil. Vercel keeps technical access logs for operation and security, under its own policy.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with the tools listed above, when you consent, and with providers essential to running the site and serving you (hosting, e-mail, WhatsApp).
7. Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD), you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- information about who we share your data with;
- withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis.
Just write to contato@dextrus.com.br. We reply within the legal deadline. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
8. Retention
Contact and proposal data is kept for as long as the business relationship and legal or tax obligations require. Measurement data follows each tool's retention period (in Google Analytics 4, at most 14 months).
9. Changes
